The location of the Kátia flat is excellent. Very close to the Recife shopping mall (located on the same street) and the good-trip beach, as well as having everything nearby making it easy to travel in the city. Kátia was flexible and responsive. I'll be back shortly.

The location of the apt is great, very close to a small square, the beach and has two pharmacies in front. I just missed a supermarket and bakery nearby. The apto is a good size, the neighborhood is quiet, we had no problems with noise. The hosts were very solitative and provided two items that we needed (hairdryer and duvet). I recommend it!

It was very easy to find, it is easy access to everything. Condominium staff are polite and helpful. Apartamento clean and with everything we need, even dryer🫢. The view from the balcony and bedroom is beautiful. We found in the apartment books with tips on tours and gastronomy and followed the recommendations for dinner and were great. The hostess always kept in touch, very helpful and attentive.

Very nice, modern and spacious apartment. The location is close to the beach and other amenities. Friendly, responsive host. If there is one small drawback, the toilet regularly gets clogged up even though we did not throw toilet paper. Fortunately, there is a plunger in the apartment to remedy this problem. Starting with the location: it is about 700 meters from the beach of Boa Viagem, and the neighborhood is extremely safe, being possible to walk to the beach, and I did so for 2 days. Also very close is Shopping Recife (200 meters), and Mix Mateus Supermercado (50 meters), which in addition to having everything you can imagine, still has a giant coffee buffet with a very high price. There are also many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby, such as Bar do Cuscuz. As for the apartment: very functional, with everything one needs.
