Very nice, cozy spot for one or two people. Great location in Rio....easy access to Ipanema and Copacabana. Lots of restaurants nearby - but, that everywhere here in Rio! LOL! At least 3 restaurants on every block! I'd come here again.

The stay and the contact with Fabio was great. The apartment is very well located, with easy access to the beach and as well as transportation to other points of RJ. The apto reflects the photos in full. Spacious rooms, several bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, bedding, towels… a spacious room, and how we were in a group of friends, a window that has a small view of the sea allowed us moments of rest and relaxation.

Espaço corresponds exactly with the description presented. Breathtaking view is a lot to do in the surroundings.

I really enjoyed the accommodation, a very quiet place in relation to noise and safety. For those who are without a car has a staircase that leads to the beach, and to the local commercial, average level of difficulty. the apartment is very spacious, the view is wonderful, but the beach we have a view cannot be frequented because it is a military instruction area, only with authorization, but it is very close to the beach of Grumari, and for those who like naturalism has the apricó beach. The bed is very comfortable, shower has a good waterfall, has a smart TV that is essential. general is an excellent accommodation, a caveat for Lucia who is Pedro's mother and takes care of the accommodations, extremely gentle. Our stay at Carnival was perfect, we felt at home, your Carlos is a very helpful host, the house is very cozy has bed linens, kitchen utensils, served us well. The pool is wonderful and the view is impeccable. Loved our stay.

This is the second time we have stayed in Flat in Rio and the experience was again excellent! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, eating chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, even has washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide umbrella and lounge chairs in addition to having a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, all inside. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us as present some delicious chocolates. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

Apartment with excellent view, facing the sea. Super attentive Mario, clean fit and safe condominium. Atte we used the condominium pool when it was sunny, a complete experience. We'll definitely be back more often.

Felipe's space is simply perfect, the accommodation, the view, the beach access, the hotel and location. Hotel staff are simply polite and receptive. Felipe was also very kind and helped us with the flexibility of Check in. Township would return more often for sure.

We had an amazing experience. The place is very organized, clean and welcoming. At the corner of the beach, close to everything. We had at our disposal all the utensils we need, the owner Wanda thought in the smallest detail to welcome a visitor. Not to mention that Wanda is a love, very polite and caring. Note miiiillll. Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Beautiful place to stay in Joatinga!

We loved the location right by the beach (not really a swimming beach as too agitated but very lovely nonetheless) and there is an excellent supermarket right there across the road. The flat has a wonderful view of the beach with the surfers, as well as of the very large and beautiful swimming pool. Worth noting that the pool is closed fully every Monday and on other days it's open from 9am to 7pm.

The stay was wonderful, the flat is perfect, it served us very well. The super prompt and thoughtful host. We found the place wonderful, close to everything and very safe. I will definitely indicate to anyone who asks me about somewhere in Rio. Looking forward to returning. Congratulations!

Right on Copacabana Beach, brilliant space for a family or friends, very safe and all around a great stay!

A big thank you to Adriana for her warm welcome and kindness. The Rooftop is amazing because of its atypical side, its layout and its neat decoration. The view of sugar bread and Corcovado is exceptional. The fact that it is totally open to the outside gives it a unique character and you immediately experience a feeling of well-being. The neighborhood is quiet or not very lively but close to a big mall. To swim in the hectic atmosphere of the cariocas , just call an Uber taxi at an affordable price, to get to the four corners of Rio.
