An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very kind and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure to have met him.

I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've been in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one, of course, was one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well taken care of, you can understand in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is big and had everything we need to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take care of the house with great care, how the owners do, and how we take care during our stay. Anyway, we love and intend to come back again and again.

The appartment has all standart equippement and is well alight. It does lack luxury but if that is not what the renter is looking for the surroundings and the hospitability of henrique will make up for it at ease. We had a great stay!

I would like to thank Darcy's hospitality! It was very good to gather my family at Darcy's house. The space was great for our fraternization. One detail I found important is that each of the 4 bedrooms has an exclusive bathroom. The house is well furnished and fully met our expectations. Everything was very good!

Our accommodation was great! The apartment is not large but it is like the one described in the ad. Marco met us super well and was super flexible with the check-in and checkout. The apartment has a wonderful location. A special bonus to the doorman of the day that was super nice and playful. I would stay other times if you need to!

I have been coming to Brazil for 9 years, and have been staying in this building since it’s opening about 4 years ago. Our stay at this spacious home in Rio was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of space for us to relax. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Rio!

Great modern and clean apartment with good AC in a very convenient location in Copa, 24 hour security with private entry off the street, friendly and accommodating host, would definitely stay again.

I liked the accommodation very much, the street is without exit and there is no concierge, initially I felt a little insecure about it, but the street is very quiet and it ended up passing us security. The ap was clean and cozy, ideal for a couple and the location is good with everything close by. Dona Laila was a cute one, she served us very well and gave us tips on what to do.

I loved apt. I felt super at home, quiet place,in the heart of the city,the surroundings with plenty of commerce and things to do,outside the tranquility and quiet of the place. For sure with availability,I will stay more often at Daniel's place.

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

The ap is excellent, the location is very good. Very safe the place, we walked the night to the beachfront and we had no problem at all. The super helpful Walter and disposition whenever we need it.

The apartment is otimooo!! Super clean and very complete, with everything we need, Dona Nira served us super well, great hostess, we felt at home!!! Not to mention the common area of the condominium, with sports court, playground, bowling, gym , not to mention the pool, amazing, a real resort pool, All perfect!😍

The condominium is wonderful and the apartment has absolutely everything that is needed, from bedding to kitchen utensils. I'll be back for sure.

Casa muito arrumadinha,all new,air in all rooms, very good service,has a good mt gym,a 24hrs sales that you find everything ,the house has several appliances available tbm ,would come back more often for sure!

You're all set Check-in very practical through digital doorknob, gentle and caring gatekeepers, gave us the zap of the gatehouse to warn of our order from iFood. Clean and organized place. Kitchen with the basics, but works very well for short stays, catering very well. The building has no elevator, but for us it was not a problem, even with 2 young children. The parking space of the car is not at the door of the building, but it is in the back that we also saw no problem, because we were able to see our balcony car and we were more relaxed. There is a little market inside the condominium that saves, the prices are not abusive, a little more expensive, but it is worth the convenience. The city had an evaluation that complained about the shower, the pressure really varies during the bath, but just open the faucet a little more. We even found the shower great, with good pressure and temperature very easy to adjust. But you have to be willing to do the minimum, gas shower is not the same electric, you have to know how to use
