Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praia do Recreio

My purpose was to have a variety of leisure with the time of days I had and that's what I managed to stay in this area

Cláudia was super helpful to prepare the house for our arrival. The condominium is well located and the access was made quietly. Positive point for absolute quiet. The house is very well equipped, with air conditioning, barbecue and a full kitchen. I recommend it 100%.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is in a very reserved place and surrounded by a beautiful forest. The small river in front of the house created a calm and quiet atmosphere. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures. The space was good and the internet was good enough to work a little.

As always, everything is impeccable, a wonderful space that makes you not want to leave, a spacious house, all the utensils and more, comfortable rooms where guests are very well accommodated. Bed linen and towels are also available. Denise is always helpful and flexible, very kind. Marquinhos, the caretaker, is also always very helpful. My second year there and I hope to be able to return always, my family and I were very happy these 7 days. Thank you ♥️

We spend pleasant days. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and is very equipped, everything you need. Not to mention that the host is highly requested and provides all the necessary information. I hope to return soon.

Great place comfortable mt home

This is the second time staying at Villa del Sol Residences and is Once the experience was better still ,the Departamento de Renata has everything you need to spend a few excellent days in Rio de Janeiro

An excellent apt, all very organized and clean, very faithful to the photos. Valentino always helpful and very attentive, responded immediately. In the building there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, very good food. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

We would recommend Celia’s apartment to anyone! We are a group of girls and felt extremely safe. The building had 24hour security and Celia and her daughter Nena were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. It’s a great apartment, in a perfect location and has everything you could possibly need. We’ll be sure to stay here if we come back to Rio :)

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

The apartment is excellent! Very well located, in front of the sea. Fully equipped and comfortable. Alexandre was a great host, always responded quickly, very friendly and willing to help. He built it has games for children very useful both outdoors and inside. Heated pool with ocean views. I recommend it 100%! We'll be back!!!

The apto. is very well located… close to everything (market, pharmacy, shopping, public transportation… everything!!). It's just like the photos. Sonia was a great host! Very thoughtful and flexible. I stayed 12 days and felt right at home!☺️ It's only far from the south side and the main sights. But it is a quiet place that has given me security.

The apartment of Mário is outstanding! Very comfortable, beautiful and nice! He is very attentive and communication was great, we will definitely go back and recommend it to others.

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space in the apartment, which was impeccable, they were very zealous with our stay. We will definitely be booking with Alberto again on our next trips to Rio.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.

Great location and best value for money. Highly recommended.
