The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist landmarks. However, the bathroom could be better maintained. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and I would recommend the property, especially for the amazing view.

Cristina's place is great! Super close to the beach (just cross the street), living room and large bedrooms and kitchen with everything necessary for a accommodation both long and short. In addition, Cristina is very attentive, responds quickly and very politely.

The AP is a grace, all new, clean, does not have many kitchen items, only the basics, tv takes the apps well, very good internet. The AP has a balcony and an electric barbecue, the view is facing the sea,but it has a building right in the front that prevents the total view, the sea view is only in the openings of the sides, but it is very beautiful the view from above , and a place of busy streets, close to two supermarkets, mall, cellar, bars, the location is excellent. Grizi is excellent in friendliness, availability and education. We love spending these days there.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. Simply wonderful the apartment. clean,had everything, full kitchen, water filter,refrigerator,bathroom with great shower,air conditioning in great operation and still has a ceiling fan that leaves a room well ventilated. The view is incredible, perfect location close to everything, everything is done by walking. And the complete building, heated pool and not counting the beach service that are super helpful and polite to take you to the sand and the place you choose. we will return more often for sure,for goods and thanks ANA for all receptivity and proactivity to meet from the beginning,until soon.

It was one of the best Airbnb I've hosted since they deliver standard hotel cleanliness and hygiene (which should be the standard for all hosting but unfortunately is rare). The house is very wide and I was able to spend moments together with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is delicious, surrounded by greenery, barely resembling an urban beach. Voltaria without a doubt.
