A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

This is one of the better places to stay in Maceio/ Rosa is a responsive and great host. The building and area around the building is nice. Very close to the beach. The elevator button for that side didnt work and I had to go through the fire escapt use the elevator on the other side to go down. Overall the apartment is very comfortable and well located so I recommend it. Make sure you pay attention when you request Uber as the Uber location tries to send you to the far side.

Adryelle was extremely friendly, helpful and polite! The apartment is of a sizeless amenity, has absolutely everything that is necessary for a short or long stay without missing any item/equipment from your home. The site is very good, close to everything, the beach in the background is excellent. I and my family will definitely be back and staying in the same place!

Best experience we had at this carnival. Eduardo very helpful and always on standby when we had some kind of hindrance, the very helpful porters, in particular a little man who helped us with a problem we had with the pet in the early hours. The house is great, for sure we will want to go back. Well located, just a few minutes from the proper bathing area, we have nothing to complain about.

We love the hosting of Deborah. The Studio is spacious and well divided, the bathroom is very good and the location is great. It has bars and restaurants on the street, it is on the side of the McDonalds, and is close to the beach (the front beach is not the best, but it is close to the tbm green beach, to go ape or cheap uber). We enjoy too much!

Casa Aruanda is very beautiful, super cozy, when we arrived everything was clean and with a wonderful smell, from a well-kept house and with an energy of tranquility and harmony. We felt very well received, and we were also graced with a carrot cake with chocolate that was also delicious! The pool is delicious, the distance to the beach is very quiet, you can walk and we do not spend 5 minutes. We spent the Easter holiday and surprised me that it was not agitated, the neighborhood was quiet, the beach was not bustling, it was great! The house is beautiful, it has absolutely everything we need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms and cozy atmosphere. Thanks Mr. Carlos and Mrs. Gil for hospitality, kindness and easy communication. We will be back for sure!

The apartment is great! Very beautiful and well equiped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street has a great breakfast at a gas station. I highly recommend it! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Local super safe. We leave and return at different times, whether to run on the waterfront too early or to go to late-night restaurants. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well-maintained. The only bad thing is the collection of the garbage, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.

A gem in the heart of Maceió with an exceptional host! My stay in Wanda's apartment in downtown Maceió was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable, with easy walking access to the city's beaches, restaurants, markets and major attractions. From the time of booking to checkout, his hospitality was incredible. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help with any questions or recommendations.
