Fica a 2 quadras do mar e ao lado de linda praça arborizada. Sacada no quarto, de frente para a Rua Sepé. Portão eletrônico e garagem privada. Churrasqueira coletiva no térreo. Bem arejado, com ventilação cruzada. Ventiladores no quarto e na sala. Apartamento antigo, mas bem preservado. Fica no 4º andar e não possui elevador.

There is space for 2 cars in the garage Mari (owner) resides in the annex at the back of the house to be rented, she welcomes you and provides you with any kind of desirable information!
