The "Casa vacanza di Andrea e Laura" is a spacious three-room apartment of 60 square metres, located on the first floor of a quiet building that is close to the access to the slopes of the Prel hill (5/10 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom consisting of an ante-bathroom plus toilet and shower, a balcony and a large terrace (about 20 square metres) overlooking the entire valley, complete with a covered and private parking space.

In a quiet setting surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the various sounds of nature. The apartment is inside a chalet where wood is the predominant material. Large outdoor area where you will find, in addition to the table, an umbrella and deckchairs, as well as the barbecue.
