The "Casa vacanza di Andrea e Laura" is a spacious three-room apartment of 60 square metres, located on the first floor of a quiet building that is close to the access to the slopes of the Prel hill (5/10 minutes on foot). The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom consisting of an ante-bathroom plus toilet and shower, a balcony and a large terrace (about 20 square metres) overlooking the entire valley, complete with a covered and private parking space.

It consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed, bedroom with single bed, another bathroom, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave. Sunny private garden overlooking the slopes. Outdoor table with barbecue. The apartment has a camping cot, protective side rail for the bed. No linen for short stays. And only upon request.
