Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

This beautiful architect-designed house, built on one level and ideally located in the heart of a huge garden, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Ping pong table, deckchair, barbecue, soccer goal, and balls are available for fun on site. Bike rental is available at a very low price. 15 to 20 minutes from the lakes depending on choice of water activities, swimming and games. 1 beautiful master suite 2 bedrooms with double beds + bunk beds

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds.
