The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Our Chalet Almbergblick offers luxury & relaxation with a hot water hot tub and infrared cabin. In the cozy bedroom with a dormer, two electrically adjustable box spring beds (90 x 200 cm) provide comfort. An LED TV (24/26'', including Netflix) is available. The 25 sqm living room has a couch, dining table, LED TV (48'') & electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom with tub, shower & TV. The private terrace with hot tub invites you to linger. Breakfast basket included.

Mountain chalet 1

Our mountain farm chalets blend harmoniously into the hilly landscape of the Bavarian Forest. The chalets were built according to old carpentry and joinery skills. Furnished with the flair of traditional materials, such as stone, fine fabrics and wood that is over 300 years old, some of which is used again in the custom-made furniture. The spacious 65m² apartment with a balcony has 2 separate rooms. In one room there is a double bed (160x200cm), a TV, a sofa and access to a balcony with a view of the Castle and Český Krumlov Chateau. In the second room, there are 2 single beds (80x200cm), a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils and a dining table with chairs. The room has one private bathroom with a corner bath. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible only by stairs.
