We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is as described and the proximity to the sea is very pleasant.

We had a great time in this beautiful little duplex house facing the sea. The place is very quiet and discreet, located at the end of the dock, which allows you to fully enjoy the setting. The kids were happy to find toys available. Small point of attention for those who want to work remotely: the wifi connection is very slow. It's best to provide a 4G key or use the connection sharing of your phone. We recommend it without hesitation!

Second visit to Gildas, When we come back, it's like Responsive host, flexible on schedules , accommodation clean and as described , pleasant location for connection. We can only recommend and will probably come back. See you again.

Very nice little house, very quiet, well equipped, very close to the sea. Very nice landlords. In the district of Sainte Marie, in addition to a few other shops, there is a market twice a week where you can buy fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat and fresh fish. Every day except Sundays there is a free bus that connects Pornic train station with the cottage. With this bus you can also go shopping to the big supermarket.

Very functional accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Ideally located in the village, seaside within walking distance small convenience store, catering. Sunny and enclosed garden ideal for animals. Delighted with our stay.

The accommodation is well located ,beach and woods nearby, for nice walks. Great bedding. The exterior is also very nice . Parking space is a plus. We enjoyed the little treats.

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

We had a lovely stay, very nice accommodation, clean, well-equipped with small terrace and very good location in a private residence. Its location allows you to enjoy all the shops and walks by the sea on foot without the need to take the car.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

Excellent property where we will be happy to return: privileged view and location on the beach, quiet house, very neat and warm layout and decoration, ultra-equipped kitchen, very high quality soaps and bathroom products... House spacious enough for 6 people. It's really a great discovery. The hospitality and all the attention paid by Céline (concierge service) and Sébastien (owner) are just as exceptional.
