Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

Appartment THE VIEW is located in the heart of Kali. This old stone house in a row was built in year 1900. and combines the old and modern times. It has the soul of Mediterranean as it once was. The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! This appartment has everything you need for an island vacation, a grill barbecue on the balcony, it's located only 20 meters from market and caffe bar, and 150 meters from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.

"WIND ROSE" apartment on island Ugljan, sea view

Fully equipped apartment with one bedroom,bathroom and an open-plan dining area along with a modern kitchen and balcony with sea view and view on Zadar archipelago and mountain Velebit. Located on the island Ugljan, in a small village Poljana. Ferry rides every hour from Zadar to Preko - 20min ride. 5 minutes walk to the first beaches,grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax,to make grill...Guests can use the POOL, a billard table, sandboxes...

Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Spacious, bright and comfy apartment, 2 large rooms for 5 persons. A/C in every room (living room and both bedrooms), LCD and WIFI provided. Kitchen fully equipped. FREE PARKING around the building. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.
