Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Our spacious apartment is located right in the center of Premstätten in an elevated panoramic position. It has a private garden and a large terrace! A bright apartment with about 90 m² awaits you divided into three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate walk-in toilet. Free parking is available. The second bedroom is available from the 3rd paying guest, the third bedroom again from the 4th guest.

it is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and the center of Graz by car ten minutes and to the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.
