Dies ist mit 12 m² nicht sonderlich riesig, dafür strahlt es absolute Gemütlichkeit und hohen Komfort aus! Unser Einzelzimmer beinhaltet einen Sat TV, kostenloses WLAN, Radio, Miniküche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc), ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Parkmöglichkeiten auf unserem Grundstück. Hausinterner Fahrradverleih & eine Strandkorbvermietung auf unserer Residenz.

Die Ferienwohnung „Seaside 2“ liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Prerow in gerader Linie zur Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

Die Küche ist mit allen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment "Hirsch Heinrich" invites you to an unforgettable vacation between the beach (700 m away), forest and city. The fantastic white sand of the Graal coastline is surrounded by a beech and pine forest. Here you can ideally combine swimming in the water with forest bathing - for maximum relaxation. The city of Rostock is only half an hour away by car or regional train. The apartment is one of two apartments in the traditional "Hirsch-Haus."

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 3

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday idyll on the Darß, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. ReetTraum - Wellness Suite with Terrace

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum", completely newly renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. The living area is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms, including Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes this in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
