It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

The S&A House apartment is located in Bagnoli della Rosandra, a village at the entrance of the Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a few kilometers from Trieste, close to the border with Slovenia. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
