Use the fully set up desk and lightning-fast fiber internet! Just 5 minutes to Sandpoint, 15 minutes to Schweitzer Shuttle Parking, and 30 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain Village. Dover Bay boasts miles of trails through nature preserves, parks and playgrounds, community beach, boat launch, and DISH restaurant.

Tamrak Creek Retreat

This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Main House has 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths; washer/dryer; kitchen with everything you might need; Guest "Shed" has 3 twin beds and 2 twin mattresses (pushed together or apart) in the loft; don't let the rustic outhouse fool you as it has a toilet and sink with running water PLUS there is full RV Hook up. Completely new and remodeled kitchen..!

Located less than 10 minutes to Sandpoint and 19 miles to Schweitzer Mountain this lake cabin is in a great location for year round fun. The house is ideally set up for a max of 4 adults and 2 kids in the bunk room.

Fun to explore the local trails for hiking, kayaks available for enjoying the river in the summer and skiing is nearby (49 degrees or Schweitzer) in the winter! We welcome dogs but we must know that they are coming and the pet fee needs to be paid during your reservation.

Bring your boat! You will have access to community waterfront and your own boat slip (accommodating boats up to 20 ft) , boat lift and dock space. This home is secondary waterfront & a 5-10 minute walk to the water. This modern home is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Just 15 min to Sandpoint, ID (5 min by boat) and 35 min to Schweitzer Ski Resort. After a day of skiing on the mountain, or playing on the lake, you can enjoy the covered hot tub and soak in the sunset and view.
