Afterwards: Finnish sauna, garden, starry sky. Rent bikes and canoes, enjoy the Elbe, and switch off in the UNESCO biosphere reserve. Halfway between Hamburg and Berlin. Der denkmalgeschützte alte Gutshof wurde 1821 erbaut und in den letzten 2 Jahren aufwendig restauriert.

Beautiful, renovated and cozy guest house, idyllically located on a three-sided farm in Dergenthin (near Perleberg - about 5 km away). The entire large property can also be used and is ideal for relaxing. There is a fire pit, a barbecue and cozy corners to linger in. For children there are various play options (trampoline, sandbox, swing, football goals). Our walking ducks, sheep, rabbits and the farm cat provide real farmhouse charm.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Cozy tranquility surrounded by nature!

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Welcome to your temporary home! Imagine arriving, taking a deep breath and immediately feeling this pleasant feeling of relaxation. Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
