Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

For rent, 2-room apartment (max 2 people) on the 4th floor of an old building, quiet area, 10 minutes by bus from Lausanne city center. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
