LARGE "UPSIDE DOWN" HOUSE SLEEPING UP TO 10 (MAX 8 ADULTS) AND 2 DOGS WELCOME TOO! Silversands House is a Dartmouth-style 4 bedroom house at The Bay Filey. In a front row position, it has an unspoilt view of the entire Filey Bay from Carr Naze/Brigg over to Bempton Cliffs. It is the only upside down house at The Bay to make the most of the views from the balcony off the open plan living area. It also has 2 extra camp beds (suitable for children) so it can accommodate up to 10 (max 8 adults).

A small outdoor terrace features a bistro table with two black chairs and a bowl of fruit. Potted plants and a decorative lantern add detail to the scene. The expansive view of the sea and distant cliffs is visible through open double doors, enhancing the overall space.

The property has open plan living in a very contemporary style, a wood burner in the lounge making this very cosy. With rear bi-fold doors bringing the outside in. Front and back gardens both sun traps.

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!
