Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Willow Cottage is a light, airy, spacious, modern cottage situated at The Bay, Filey. We are dog friendly offering South facing patio area in a quiet, relatively private area to the rear with BBQ. Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more.
