This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.

Nearby attractions include the National Air and Space Museum, Manassas Battlefield Park, Jiffy Lube Live Arena, and Dulles Expo Center. Venture down to DC or out to the Shenandoah Valley. An eclectic mix of ethnic cuisines is nearby.

This private home is spacious, bright, open, and welcoming. The second floor has 2 master suite bedrooms. One bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and shower plus a queen bed with a tub. The living room has convertible sofas and air mattresses. The home sleeps up to 10 and has lots of storage. Perfect for families and groups, but no parties please! We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies.
