Starting point for: sea 14 km, 60 km Saturnia thermal baths, 14 km from the Maremma Natural Park, 50 km Monte Argentario, and Siena 70 km.

An ideal starting point for excursions on the Silver Coast, the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, the archaeological sites of Etruria, the thermal baths of Saturnia, the Tuscan art cities and Rome, the Eternal City. Upon request, I can organize food and wine, scenic or cultural itineraries for my guests, accompanying them personally.

Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Portion of a villa with a large garden. The accommodation is independent and has a separate entrance from the property. It is immersed in the pine forest 500 meters from the sea. It can accommodate 4 people in the bedroom with bathroom and in the 2 single beds in the living area. Outside there are 2 large tables where you can dine outdoors and a shower to cool off when you return from the beach.

The renovated apartment is located in the historic center, has an independent entrance on the street floor inside a historic building. You can park your car in the immediate vicinity in free and/or paid parking. Thanks to its favorable location, you can visit the city without having to use a car.
