Holiday rentals with breakfast in Procida

A small house hanging above the sea. Simple but functional and clean house. Away from the hyper center and quiet. The balcony terrace is wonderful, one of the best views of the island on the Corichella Navy and the Bay of Naples. We would stay there for hours at any time of the day or night. Friendly and generous welcome (lemons and cakes). Definitely recommend.

Casa Giulia is a real gem; it has a great location, a wonderful host and fantastic provision. In fact, it is the best Air BnB that we have stayed in for its thoughtful provision of everything you could need: from breakfast items, toiletries and phone chargers. The Casa's location is walking distance for both the 101 bus service and the Metro line to Naples and the charming centre of Pozzuoli is close by. Luana is a communicative and responsive host; she resolved an unforeseen problem with the accommodation quickly and effectively. We would recommend staying here and look forward to staying with Luana, another time in the future!

Beautiful structure, clean and well cared for. It also has a common terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Good spacious apartment in a great central location in the historic district of Naples. Osvaldo responded quickly and provided a great service.

We love Casa Diaz. The space was what you might imagine a traditional Italian apartment to be like but with modern decor. The tile work was a stand out for us, as well as the exposed stone and brick and warm cozy lighting, giving it a lovely ambience. An absolute bonus was the breakfast included at Caffe Diaz, just a little further down the road. Not only is the coffee and food delectable, we also met Andrea and Luigi, who are incredibly friendly and hospitable. One thing to consider with this place is the narrow staircase as soon as you enter. We managed fine with our 2 small roller cases but people with mobility issues or lots of large luggage would struggle. If you are mainly looking for a place to relax, Casa Diaz is good at times but be aware there is a carpenter directly below and the electric saw is loud when used. Also there seems to be a rubbish collection at around 3am so there is the sound of broken glass for approx 20 mins at that time. It is in a busy city centre tho.

Casa Margherita is very welcoming, clean and equipped, so much so that it looks like your home. Carmine and his wife are very kind, attentive and always available to provide very useful information. Breakfast on the terrace was priceless! We had a great time. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is in a great location, in the historic center, right next to the main tourist artery. But it's on a quieter street and the rooms are peaceful. Mario was very welcoming, and prepared a few cakes/jam and milk to help us out on arrival, very appreciated. The apartment is perfect for discovering Naples. The kitchen and dining room are small but no more when you want to enjoy the Neapolitan kitchen. I recommend it! Thank you for hosting us!

The house matches the description. It is in a very central area, a few minutes' walk from the courthouse and the metro stop. Despite this, the windows overlook an inner courtyard, so in the evening you can't hear much noise. Giovanni is very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and equipped with all comforts

Good location, quiet house and sufficiently equipped, we just miss the microwave. Luca's attention and availability was excellent.

If I could, I'd give Gianluca and his cozy place a couple more stars. Not only for its excellent location, but also for its very comfortable bed and all the appliances working perfectly. Gianluca was waiting for me and welcomed me with water, a nice souvenir, and various details such as sweets, pastries, coffee, and laundry products. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out, as I arrived early and only got tickets to the San Severo Museum on my departure day. He was always attentive to make sure I didn't miss anything and responded to my messages promptly. I will check first his place availability for my next trip to Naples

A perfectly located spacious apartment with large terrace overlooking the city and Vesuvius opposite the Salvator Rosa Metro. Stefano was a great host, meeting us on arrival and kindly carrying one of our cases up the stairs. Thankyou ! The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. The fridge stocked with essentials + alovely cold bottle of wine. Comfy bed, and the area was quiet so we felt well rested! The location was great as it's easy to get anywhere in the city. Contactless works well to tap on without buying tickets but don't forget to tap off! The central train station at Garribaldi gets you anywhere, use the ticket offices to get help. Italian trains can be complicated! make sure you have the right plans for your return travel. We travelled to Pompei Scavi - unmissable and Caserta. Took a boat to Sorrento which was stunning. The Spanish Quarter is manic but a great experience. Stefano recommended a great restaurant Buata in Vomero. Try Trattoria Vanvitelli. Highly recommended.

It was a beautiful getaway in Naples, largely successful by the hospitality and beauty of the place run by Annamaria. Breakfast is perfect and the house is simply the most beautiful in Naples! I highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Abbondanza during my visit to Naples and I can say with certainty that it was one of the best places I have ever been in terms of value for money. The environment is warm and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home even when away from home. The location is convenient, allowing you to easily reach the most interesting points of the city. The cleanliness is impeccable, a detail that really makes the difference and makes the stay extremely pleasant. Another strong point is the clear and detailed instructions received from the owner: they made me feel comfortable from the first moment and made check-in and the stay very easy. I highly recommend the B&B Abbondanza to anyone visiting Naples. I look forward to coming back! 🌟

Felt right at home staying in Marisa’s home. Spotless, great bedding, firm mattress takes getting used to, great breakfast choices served with style on the patio with an unbeatable view of the harbor! Marisa gave great advice on where to find good food and activities of my preference as well as the best order via bus. Sharing her bathroom was a delight. It was always available and clean and one step from my door. A good thing to know is try to remember that the alley to the house is just behind the Terra cotta police service building. It really is only a few steps from the harbor. My favorite excursion was taking a water taxi from Sant Angelo to the hot water beach for 7Euros each way . Marisa also advised which thermal spa was closest and half the cost. I spent 5 nights. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Caio!

Marilyn’s house looks like the pictures. You have many things around. She is very nice and helpful even if she doesn’t speak English. If I’ll decide to visit again Napoli, I’ll stay at her place again. If you don’t like noise, please chose another apartment because here the “napoletans” are driving cars trough the night also and all the buildings are very close to each other and you car here the cars noises. We had everything we needed. See you next time!

If there’s a paradise on Earth, Paolo’s place comes very close. The house is spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by a dreamy garden — with views that stretch from the mountains to the sea. Every evening, the sunsets felt almost cinematic. 😇 But what made this stay unforgettable wasn’t just the landscape, it was the people. Staying here I felt like living in a community, even a family. Paolo and everyone in his family are easygoing, kind, and full of heart. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease and genuinely welcomed. I ended up making new friends including Paolo’s lovely family. His mom shared stories with me that made the experience even more special and made the place feel like home. If you’re a solo traveler, I couldn’t recommend Paolo’s place more. It’s a rare kind of environment that lets you rest, connect, and feel like you belong. Very positive experience to stay in the city! Cosy apartment, comfortable bed, convenient location in a very nice district. The instructions for how to get to the apartment from/to train station and airport were very clear, it was easy to find and navigate.
