House holiday rentals in Procida

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Francesco nous a très bien accueilli et nous a informé de tous les lieux à visiter. Il a été super et bienveillant. Nous sommes allés à Ischia la semaine avant Pâques et donc l'établissement était encore en préparation pour la saison et la piscine était fermée car l'eau trop froide pour la période. L'appartement offre une belle vue sur le port d'Ischia et a répondu à nos attentes. Tout comme la terrasse commune vraiment belle et offrant un super point de vue sur Ischia. Petit bémol néanmoins, il faudrait vraiment rénover les douches et notamment les pommeaux. Il n'y avait pas de pression et quand vous êtes cinq personnes, c'est un peu compliqué et long. De même, un peu plus de fourniture au niveau de la cuisine serait bienvenu comme des torchons par exemple.

This vacation rental has been one of our best holiday experiences. The cottage is on the quiet side of the island, with an expansive terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the kitchenette is compact, it is well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous stay. The host was a delight, very responsive, and offered helpful suggestions. I would stay at this cottage again without any hesitation. I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Appartement tres propre. Mais l’accès à la plage devrait être signalé comme difficile, en tout cas impossible pour une personne en fauteuil. Dommage que vous ne l’ayez pas signalé. Maria et Enrico ont été très réactifs et serviables. La piscine est moins engageante que sur vos photos. Le prix est un peu trop élevé, compte tenu des remarques ci-dessus

Ein wunderbarer und ruhiger Ort. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und sogar nach Hause gebracht. In der Nähe gab es eine Seilbahn und mehrere Restaurants. Alles war sehr angenehm – wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Easy to find , well appointed, close to capri town and all its restaurants and shops , bus station and all transports. Marino was super communicative , available at all times and super kind ! Loved loved loved Capri 🙏 thank you for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Naples. It was our first time visiting and our hosts could not have been more helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the property and the location was fantastic with a local bakery just one minute walk away. We loved our time in Naples, the people and the food!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Naples in itself is crowded, noisy, and a-lot of litter in the streets. But once you look past all that its ok city to visit, if you do then this airbnb is the place to go.

Such a beautiful and serene place! The view is incredible from your lovely private patio. Back around there’s an even more secluded and shaded little spot, which I can imagine must be heaven during the hot summer days. The house is great and has everything you need and more. The location is amazing: if you enjoying walking and hiking, explore around! If not, rent a scooter and still explore! Alessandro was extremely helpful and responsive from beginning to star. Picked us up from the port as he was around, helped us out with our scooter rental and when my partner got sick over a bank holiday went all out and brought over some medicine, he really went above and beyond! We will definitely be coming back!

Relaxing holiday house with gardens We stayed in Andreina's house for 4 nights. The central location made it easy to explore Ischia, inclusing the Castello, beaches, Mount Epomeo, the stone houses, and Sant'Angelo. Supermarkets are located close to the house. The house is very confortable, with firm beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large living room. Our favorites were the covered terrace for dining and the gardens both front and back of the house. Communication with Andreina was easy. She was friendly and responded quickly.

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

Bellissimo appartamento sul porticciolo della Chiaiolella, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla Vivara. Proprietario gentile e flessibile, tutto pulito e ben fornito. La nostra famiglia di 5 è stata benissimo, sia bambini che adulti!

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Sve preporuke za ovaj smjestaj za one koji vole privatnost, mir, malo dalje od gradske buke, a ipak dobro uvezano za obilaske Napoli, Pompei, Caserta... Malo neobicno na dolasku ali imate svoj sprat sa ogromnom terasom, svaka soba ima kupatilo sa svim potrepstinama, masinu za ves, sto je plus. Dodatno u kuhinji imate doslovno sve sto vam je potrebno. Nadia je dala super preporuke, pocastila nas je voćem limun i narandza, mazalice za dorucak...cak smo dobili i poklon na odlasku. Proveli smo nekoliko zaista prelijepih dana i rado bi se opet vratili
