The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

Looking for a low-budget neighborhood, but need your privacy, enough space and feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. "Garden & Sea" has 65 m2 and a separate entrance through its own garden. A car parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only neighboring traffic (branch road). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.
