The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Looking for a low-budget neighborhood, but need your privacy, enough space and feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. "Garden & Sea" has 65 m2 and a separate entrance through its own garden. A car parking space is available directly in front of the house. It is very quiet, only neighboring traffic (branch road). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

Die kleine Gästewohnung im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses liegt in einer bevorzugten Lage von Stralsund mit Blick auf den Strelasund und die Insel Rügen und direkter Anbindung an den Ostseeküstenradweg. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

This apartment is located on a large property in Buschenhagen, between Stralsund and Barth on the edge of the national park, one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. The vacation rental is located on the pond side of the house and can accommodate up to 2 people. Enjoy the individual atmosphere of the farm, where nature and art have found their place. By bike you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes and the Baltic Sea is 20 minutes away by car.
