Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Arezzo

The setting is beautiful with gorgeous views in every direction. Sara is a wonderful host who was helpful and generous with her time and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Leo's place. He is an excellent host: very friendly, attentive, accommodating. We felt very welcomed and at home. There were cakes from his mom for us and he got us extra bubbly. Really above all expectations. The house is very nice, the kitchen well equipped, a nice terrace, everything clean and we could even use the sauna in our bathroom. Thank you Leo, we hope to see you again someday!

Loved the location of the property, was very peaceful and beautiful around the area. Everything is closeby to drive to in Tuscany. The pool table mentioned was unfortunately not cleaned when we visited. The rooms and property are clean and tastefully done with a well equipped kitchen to cook.

Villa De Sotto was simply magic. You could not ask for a better location, better food — and better hosts. Giulia and her family make every effort to give you a memorable stay — if you are there for the once a month live music at their restaurant, it will be a night you’ll never forget. The food is world class, and the fact the whole thing is run by one family makes it wholesome in the most perfect way. Do yourselves a favour and experience it with your friends and family!

Our family of 4 stayed at Marco's place for a month over December into early January. We really lucked out staying there. It's a very spacious apartment, exactly like the photo's, it's in great condition and very clean. Marco is a very responsive host, he organised parking for us for the month at the parking garage across the street, met us when we arrived, answered all our questions, took us on a walk through the historic centre and helped us book some restaurants for the first few days. He gave us lots of recommendation and ideas, and suggested a great restaurant for Christmas Day. His enthusiasm is infectious and you can't help but think of him as a friend. If we ever had an issue with anything in the apartment he would deal with it straight away. The location is amazing. It's literally right on the edge of the historic centre so you can walk easily in to all the action, walking distance to a large supermarket and the station. It's a home away from home and I would stay again!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! Matteo's place is absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, surrounded by greenery, and staffed by incredibly friendly people. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a stunning former monastery. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and the view of the hills. Is a very peaceful place with lots to do and see in a very short distance. We went for bike rides and visited beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Samira helped us a lot with directions and tips where to go and what to do. Lovely lady! We had an amazing time. We would definitely go back another time. 🤩

The accommodation is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great and the bathroom was clean. They welcomed me in person when I checked in and kindly explained it to me, so I was able to stay comfortably. Everything was good, and it's an accommodation I want to come back to. Thank you Matteo.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

This apartment was everything we needed to start our trip through Italy. We relaxed by the pool, had an amazing Olive Oil tasting experience and enjoyed the quiet, slower pace of the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing destination interested in a place slightly less traveled and a great home base to explore from.

Easter was of course a risk with the weather. Then we found the villa. With a 33 degree heated pool - exactly the solution. Large living and dining area with equally spacious terraces. Enough towels are all just fine. Do not come with the sports cars (the last mile is gravel road and set the steps to the bedrooms. Then enjoy the quiet and the view! Dinner in the oil mill is worth the money and the way. 11 days passed too quickly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

We spent a week with our group of friends at Aldo and his son's house. Communication with them was very straightforward and if we had any problems, we were quickly helped. The house is superbly equipped and we felt comfortable right from the start. With the sauna and the large pool in the garden, there is hardly any reason to leave the house. And if you feel like taking a trip, good ice cream parlors and beautiful small towns, such as Cortona can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

We had a great time at the villa. The pool was huge, and the villa itself exceeded expectations as the photos did not do it justice. We loved walking to the local bar in the morning to get coffee and pastries. And Fransisco had great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
