Dispone di cucina, ampio bagno ,spaziosi armadio e comodo letto. La botte è situata in una tenuta agricola in Toscana nel mezzo di una bellissima oliveta . Struttura Ufficiale. Dentro al centro storico e vicino a tutte le bellezze artistiche. L'abitazione è in contesto storico medievale del XII secolo e recentemente è stata completamente ristrutturata ed integrata di ogni tipo di confort abitativo. La quiete è la prima caratteristica. L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere grandi, 2 bagni, ampia zona soggiorno con 2 divani letto, ampia cucina con zona pranzo su meraviglioso e grande giardino in piano adornato di piante e fiori.

La Casina è situata nella parte alta di Cortona, nella zona denominata "il Poggio". Si puo' giungere in auto fino al suo ingresso. Il Centro citta' e' raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, percorrendo strade e vicoli caratteristici. Gode di una splendida vista su Cortona e la Valdichiana. E' facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze.
