At Magnolia, two apartments await you exclusively for you, a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery, equipped with a lockable patio suitable for every season with sofas and tables, shaded areas and plenty of space in the sun. Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.
