15 years ago, I discovered this marble workshop abandoned by the wear and tear of time. After a total renovation, Spazio82 was born, a structure consisting of a guest suite of about 100 square meters for the exclusive use of the guests, a part for personal use and a swimming pool and art studio for shared use, all in the historic center of Nizza Monferrato, in the heart of the UNESCO sites of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. The rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with the best comforts. The suite is a 15-minute walk from the centre of Alba and includes ample parking. Guests will have at their disposal the entire suite which has a separate and independent entrance; there is also a wifi connection.
