The apartment is located on top of a hill,not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova brand toll booth). This location allows a classic country accommodation situation on the one hand, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, it is not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the center of the road that connects two countries a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view to the surrounding landscape.
