My husband and I loved our stay! It was a beautiful apartment. David was extremely easy to work with and very responsive.

Lorella is an amazing host. Always friendly, responsive, helpful. Her place is outstanding, renovated to a classic glamour on the outside and incredibly modern and functional in the inside. She even took the time to bake delicious pastries and leave plenty of food for our breakfast. The sunsets are something else. If you dream of a Tuscan sunset, the terrace will give you a feast to your senses. A place that lives up to the Italian grandeur. Highly, highly recommended.

And a beautiful place, with a breathtaking view of Monte Vettore, in a quiet landscape, but not too far from the amenities. Dori is a fantastic host and will give you expert advice on what to do and see in the neighbors. It is a perfect place to relax at home or explore the mountains, hills and all the beautiful landscape of the Marche. Leonardo's house is perfect, two rooms, double amenities, a simple but perfectly suitable kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a spacious open area, paths in the woods and a great restaurant 500 meters from the house! It is completely renovated in a local stylus and authenticated as you can see from the photographs. Enjoy this wonderful place. And paradise. This is a most beautiful place, with a wonderful view of Monte Vettori, in peaceful countryside, but not far from all the services you need. The apartment has everything you need, in a beautifully restored and authentic old farmhouse, and Dori is a fantastic host!

The communication was great and the check-in was easy via lockbox. Manila even came by in the evening and brought us homemade cakes. We were very happy about the nice gesture and the delicious cake. The equipment of the apartment is new and as described. In particular, the air conditioning works perfectly and all windows have mosquito nets. There are seating options in the outdoor area, so you can make yourself comfortable there. Parking is right in front of the building and the location is a bit remote but very nice and quiet. Good base for exploring the area. There is only one gravel path to the accommodation, but it is easily accessible and you get good directions from Manila. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Amazing location (especially during Ferragosto), prompt responsive host, clean and nice amenities. During the intense heat of August the air conditioning could have been better (low power for the job it is doing), but that is just a heads-up, not a complaint. The place was excellent.

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay

We have been for a week, wonderful views from the terrace. Plenty of nice places to visit in the area, Offida and Fermo! Then cool off in the sea, near the cottage. The cottage has all the comforts, we were with four adults and a child, which fit fine. Beds sleep well, air conditioning in the bedrooms and neat bathrooms. And we were welcomed with bubbles and tips for the surroundings, in short recommended!

What can I say...Cinzia Host, to say the least, FABULOUS... she welcomed us as if she had always known us with a smile and a way of doing that immediately put us at ease... we stayed for two nights with our 2-year-old, who appreciated the crib lovingly prepared for him by Cinzia that he fell asleep on his own (never done in two years )🤣 Spectacular house, clean, cozy with attention to detail... nothing is really missing... we were divinely and... we will be back soon. Thank you Cinzia for giving us an end and a beginning of the year in thiscorner of timeless paradise.. With affection Riccardo, Olma and Ismaele.

Very fresh accommodation in beautiful Offida. New, clean, and well equipped. Ornella had very good Mozarella with her from Naples when she arrived as we enjoyed on the terraces. We really recommend Ornella's place. Offida is a gem. Super cozy village with great restaurants and many different wineries.

Fantastic stay, spacious house, great location, very close to the beach, and both us and our dog, we had a good and happy time! Clean apartment and quick and communication with hosts. Highly recommended...

Apartment as advertised. Cozy, very clean and very tidy. Refined furnishings (even with finely recovered antique furniture) and functional. In the kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need (even tampons) to feel at home. Very clean and quality linens. Behind the apartment there is the railway but the fixtures are of good quality and insulate very well from external noise. The neighborhood is very quiet and it takes 2/3 minutes on foot to get to the beach. Then there is the option to choose a free or equipped beach (both very close). There is no dedicated parking, but in the nearby street there are free parking spaces along the road, we found a place without difficulty. There are also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Recommended for a relaxing vacation. Thank you!

Second year we stay with Giuseppe. Thisyear we also had our newborn baby, and I must say that the well-equipped apartment and proximity to the beach were providential for a vacation in total relaxation! We recommend the residence and we will be back!

Torre di Palme is a bijoux. Francesco's accommodation is right on the central square from where the village begins. The place is spacious, one of those homes where you didn't sneak into the spaces... being 4 of us needed closets and places to store things. Here, we could bring 4 more suitcases and we would have had a place to fill between drawers and wardrobes. Nothing is missing and (to my surprise) Francesco also offers soap shampoo detergent that no host normally offers. Also sheets and pillowcases and towels, all present in the house. Fantastic! It's a 5/10 minute drive to the beach (it depends where you want to go). The highway exit is 5 minutes away. If you go like us in Ferragosto, there is plenty of choice between gastronomic festivals of all kinds. To close by again thanking Francesco for his availability and hospitality, I just say that he also helped me bring my suitcases into the house (and they were not 2 things..). Highly recommended !

Clean apartment and a well-kept environment in a quiet area very close to the sea. Alessia is very kind and helpful, difficult to find a lot of availability nowadays.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

We left Casali Costadoro already with nostalgia. An enchanting place, nestled in the hills with the silence of nature. Beautiful pool but we preferred the sea with the reserved places included in the price of the accommodation, in the surroundings - in the evening - medieval villages with a beautiful cultural program of parties, festivals and concerts. A beautiful vacation with our one-year-old and our bordercollie. Thank you!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Enjoy this magnificent place and congratulations to the host! W LE MARCHE!

It didn’t seem possible, but the view is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Highly recommended for a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing stay in the Italian countryside near the ocean. The view from the pool is absolutely spectacular and the hosts are so welcoming.

Great place to stay! Absolutely beautiful location, super private and quiet!! I would definitely stay here again and we plan to return soon.

With an enchanting view of the Marche hills, the structure is very beautiful and attention to detail, both in the garden and in the apartments, equipped with every comfort. Great for a relaxing and refreshing stay. Very kind hosts. Sant'elpidio al Mare, a delightful village. Highly recommended.
