The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Clean and spacious space. Isolated, in a very quiet and beautiful location. We enjoyed our evenings behind the house, in the sun, with mountain views. The bedding is of good quality. The car is a must... Ander is very responsive and answered our questions quickly...

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the accommodation was really nice for that. It is three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

Very nice quiet place to stay, no passing traffic and parking on a driveway off the road. Manola is lovely and lives next door. Train station is a 20 minute walk away giving frequent trains with short journeys to Ravenna and Rimini so a good option if you want to visit these cities and avoid the traffic. An excellent price to pay for this location. Highly recommended.

Great nice farm on the wonderful hills. Outside is enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. There is an easy dirt climb to access. Despite the small size of the countries, there is enough life in the evening and thanks to the advice of the host we met a really nice place.

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

Very good location and from the house you could see San Marino as well as small town Verucchio. Very good place to enjoy the peaceful house and feel the interaction with nature. One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. A convenient 5 min taxi ride from the station, peaceful surroundings and place was clean and well-equipped. There were some glitches with the wifi and water boiler but nonetheless all is good. Cesare is very responsive and was helping us with everything even though it was late at night! Thank you so much! Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you
