Luca was a great host, always friendly with great communication. The apartment was nice and clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location and adorable apartment. You need to be prepared for a lot of stairs, but that is true of the whole area. Luca was very responsive and had really good restaurant recommendations. And in my opinion, Il Pirata has the best pastry I have ever had.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était vraiment très agréable. Proche de la gare pour les cinque terre, l'emplacement est idéal !

super apparemment très très bien situé on ne peut pas faire mieux Vittorio est vraiment réactif et a répondu a toutes nos interrogations communication très fluides et amicale bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour les voyageurs il donne sur la rue principale donc un peu de bruit mais ça s'arrête là nuit ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour

This is a calm oasis away from the busy marina itself. I loved waking up with a view of the marble caves in the distance. Highly recommend!

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, sympathiques, qui parlent parfaitement français ! Ils ont été de bons conseils pour nos visites et les restaurants. Appartement idéalement placé pour accéder à la plage , au train, au bateau et au petit centre ville. La location du garage est très pratique pour le stationnement. En résumé Séjour au top. Location à recommander +++

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l appartement de Giovanna. Logement très propre, spacieux, situé dans un petite vallée verdoyante où les chants des innombrables oiseaux sont très agréable. Giovanna est très réactive aux sollicitations. La carte de parking est un plus bien pratique pour stationner au parking de la gare de Levanto. Je recommande.

This place was comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. We had our breakfast pastries there. The street is busy during the day but the crowds leave in the evening and it quiets down early. It’s close to the train station and minutes from the beach.

Easy to find the place and not far away from train station. Friendly and good support &service. I recommend this place for a vacation in La Spezia.

Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

Wir haben wunderschöne, sehr erholsame Tage in der Wohnung von Giovanna verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - hell, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, um selber Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Die kleine, sehr schöne Ortschaft bietet aber auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof, so dass es kein Problem war, die nähere Umgebung mit dem Zug zu erkunden. Die traumhafte Landschaft lädt zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein oder man verbringt seine Zeit am Strand, der nur einige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Dankeschön!

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!

Alloggio pulito, spazioso, silenzioso, comodissimo alla stazione, al centro, negozi e supermercato. Host presente tramite chat e anche di persona per qualsiasi necessità e informazioni. Qualche difficoltà pratica ad aprire il locker per recuperare le chiavi ma le istruzioni self-check-in erano chiare ed esaustive. Abbiamo richiesto un asciugamano aggiuntivo per il viso perché c'è quello piccolo da bidet e il telo grande per la doccia. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ha subito provveduto con un ulteriore piccolo da bidet da usare per il viso. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno, ci siamo trovate benissimo, per visitare La Spezia e Le cinque terre.

Fulvio a été très accueillant, nous avons apprécié ses instructions claires et toutes ses bonnes recommandations. Le logement est facile d'accès, à 5 mn de la gare de Migliarina, où la correspondance avec la gare de La Spezia Centrale vers les Cinque Terre se fait facilement. Le logement est très spacieux pour deux, propre et tout est prévu pour un court séjour. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Je recommande !

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement

Le cadre était très chouette. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en famille. L'environnement est calme et agréable. Le logement est idéalement situé : proche des commodités et des visites notamment Lerici, La Spezia,Sarzana,Bocca di Magiore,Arcola. Bref un bel emplacement et un cadre agréable. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir des Cinque Terre

Per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo e completo di tutto l’appartamento di Rita è super consigliato. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti senza mai udire schiamazzi o rumori molesti. Ottimo il terrazzo con vista sulla piscina utilizzato più volte per cenare in piena tranquillità.

Pochi giorni ma buoni , peccato l’ultimo giorno con il maltempo. Alessandro persona squisita , amichevole e per qualsiasi cosa lui è sempre disponibile. Che dire della struttura STUPENDA. Dall’appartamento piccola ma efficace con tutto l’occorrente, per poi passare in giardino con barbecue e bersò con vista stupenda, infine la chicca , la piscina , bellissima con super vista . Weekend davvero bello e rilassante, abitando a Parma mi è anche comodo . Tornerò sicuramente, grazie mille per tutto Alessandro. Un saluto.

We've had a pleasant stay at Luciano's Airbnb. The home-made, tasty fique jam was a nice surprise! The appartment on the Ligurian country side is awesone: quiet, a stunning view and privacy. The swimming pool is very welcoming to cool down after a warm/hot day. The appartment is spacious with three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equiped to prepare some meals. Last but not least: the location is perfect for visiting some of Italy's gems: Cinque Terre, Portofino incl. the Portofino National Park. Something to take into account, is that the nearest supermarket is a 20-30 min drive. Nearest biggest city is Sestri Levante. I would recommend Luciano's Airbnb.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub bei Assunta verbracht. Haus und Garten sind bezaubernd und noch viel schöner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Man erreicht Meer und Berge mit dem Auto gut, kann sich aber auch ganz in Ruhe im Haus und am Pool aufhalten. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir sie mit Assunta oder ihrem Sohn unkompliziert klären.

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
