We were guests at Massimo's house for 4 days, our first time in Conero. The owner has always been available for any kind of request or information. The house matches the description and photos. It's on the third floor, with no elevator. Quiet and well-kept condominium. Recently renovated inside, it is spacious, airy and very bright, well exposed. I recommend Massimo's airbnb for anyone wishing to visit Conero beyond Porto Recanati to get around easily by car.

Impeccable, new and well furnished house. Attention to detail and kindness from the homeowner. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is cool. I enjoyed the quiet and my daughter also slept very well at the Blue Pearl.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

Mario and Mauro graciously welcomed us into their beautiful home. I've never found myself in such a well-stocked apartment. Great cleanliness, too. It should be noted that the apartment is in a quiet area, but with all the amenities at your fingertips. Large supermarket, bar, newsstand, tobacco, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias and free or equipped beach all within walking distance in 1 or 2 minutes. We will definitely be back. the spaces perfectly match what is shown in the listing, convenient location in front of the sea of Porto Potenza Picena, with direct access to the underpass practically in front. The possibility of using the inner courtyard or in any case the space in front to park cars is very convenient. Very well cared for in detail, you can see that it has been recently arranged, equipped with all accessories, utensils, supplies including vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Both rooms have air conditioning, which is necessary as it is exposed to the sun at least until 2 pm in summer. We had a very good time, very helpful host, kind, responsive to any request or need. Highly recommended!!!

My partner's parents had a great time. The place is clean, the location is ideal for getting around downtown. The apartment has very good fixtures that protect from the noise coming from the nightclub nearby.

Simona and her husband are wonderful people who make you feel like family. The accommodation, despite the ongoing external renovation, was impeccably clean and tidy. The beaches and the center are minutes away on foot, but thanks to the bikes provided, they seem even closer. What can I say... Everything is wonderful and we will absolutely come back!

We stayed at Elisabetta’s place for two weeks. The place is great, newly renovated and very spacious and comfortable. The king size beds are a nice touch. The view is beautiful and so peaceful. The location is great, very private, yet it has a grocery store less than a block away and is walking distance from the village centre. I fully recommend this place. We will be back.

We had wonderful week at this place. Despite our late arrival Tonino met us and showed everything. The apartment is very well equipped with all you may need, it’s a quiet neighborhood, very nice. Thanks for our lovely days.

We had a great experience during our stay. Fabrizio was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with wonderful views from the windows. It’s located right in the city center, walking distance from the best spots in Fermo.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and therefore perfect for a group of 6-7 friends. The host was extremely helpful in answering all questions, responding to our contacts in a very short time. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need for a peaceful weekend. One of the highlights is the view from the balcony, which allows you to enjoy the sunset.

Loredana is super helpful and kind, the house is within walking distance of the center, very well maintained and clean, I recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time in Marco's apartment, super equipped. With outdoor space for outdoor meals. 5 minute walk to the sea. We stayed with our 5-month-old daughter and she was also well organized (washing machine near the sink so you can change it easily) Marco is super available for any information! I recommend it!

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The experience in Cesi at Casa Giorgio was wonderful, we were on December 31 with our two Alans, the apartment is on the top of the village, the view is beautiful. Mrs. Claudia was very helpful and kind, the apartment is spacious, very clean and cozy. We'd love to come back soon soon.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. The stay was really pleasant. At check-in we were greeted by Eleonora, who immediately offered us a good tea on arrival. Always quick to respond and ready to give advice of all kinds. The apartment is small, but very nice and cozy. The residence looks very well organized, with controlled entrances and concierge service even in winter. Surely in summer you can make the most of tennis and pool courts. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderfull stay! Very nice place in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. You can enjoy a large pool and appartment, both perfectly maintained. The host Cecilia is very welcoming and caring, she spoiled us with some delicious products from the garden. Venarotta is a rather quiet place with a small grocery store and one or two restaurants. In the middle between the sea and the Sibillini mountains.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Very clean and the apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Very friendly host and overall a great experience! We hope to come back very soon.
