The LARGE Conte Giacomo Azzurra suite is part of a 4,000 m2 building dating back to 1700. A place where light and history create an almost surreal atmosphere. Independent entrance, privacy. Very large double bedroom, king size bed (which can be divided into 2 single beds). It is also a comfortable triple room, private bathroom renovated 2024.

In the heart of history, green space: a very elegant, spacious and evocative refuge. In the historic center, parking, NO ZTL, 7 km from the beaches, independent entry. It is not a simple place to sleep, but a unique place that will take you back 300 years, making you live in an ancient palace from the 1700s, without giving up modern comforts. The house, in fact, is part of Palazzo Romani Adami: a true national monument of 4000 m2, a town within a town.

The living area features arched stone walls and a blend of textures with a dark Chesterfield sofa and a bright yellow chair. A coffee table stands in the center, surrounded by decor that includes framed art and a green plant, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Questa villetta su un piano, nuova, splendida e accogliente offre tutte le comodità e gli spazi avendo park e giardino ampi!! A due passi dal mare è in tranquillità perché immerso nella campagna. A 3 minuti in macchina da tutti i servizi necessari: bar, supermercati, negozi , tabacchi, farmacia, ristoranti... e dal mare! Un vero posto indimenticabile !! Anche se c è l’autostrada a 1 km e secondo il vento si può sentire il traffico…
