Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Medio Campidano

The house is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is totally quiet and beautiful. You can drive to Cagliari in 30 minutes and shop, eat well and visit museums. Daniel is a fantastic host and we felt comfortable from minute one. The house is equipped with everything you might might need. The beds are great and the pool is a dream. You should use a car that can handle a somewhat rocky road. Thanks to Daniel and Pierpaolo and see you soon.

Maria and her son greeted us when we arrived with a lovely smile and attitude. They showed us their lovely home which was recently renovated with so much thought and detail to look and feel comfortable and inviting. The location is just steps away from the center city which Geovani (Marias Son) took the time to walk me through and show me around the streets and town he grew up in. We loved our stay and have marked this as the place to stay if we are in the area again. You would be lucky to book a stay at this beautiful home.

I've stayed here three times, and I keep discovering new things to do and see each time. And today, the incredible garden of cactus started to bloom!!! I hadn't ever seen this type of cactus blooming in the desert East of LA...I'd no idea that it could flower!? Thank you so much for making this place open to tourists! It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Lory and Max welcome you with a smile! The apartment is pretty and very clean. You'll have the necessary dishes and more. The air conditioning works and is not too noisy. The pool and the outside are really pretty and well appointed. Your hosts know how to be discreet despite the proximity. They are full of small touches for us. Upon your arrival the fridge will already be stocked as well as the cupboards (milk, cereals, rusks, yogurts, fruit, cheese, jams, cold meats, water, coffee...........) The small downsides: a rooster in the garden right next door who sings night and day (we ended up getting used to it) and the lack of a blackout curtain.

Fabulous rural location at the end of a road. Genuinely gracious and helpful hosts. A great meal at the (same family) agritourisamo next door.

We rally enjoyed staying at Pierluigi’s house. The house was very clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the view of the Sea from the garden. Pierluigi is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful, giving us advice as to where to eat, or which places to visit. I wish we were able to stay longer!

This place is no ordinary place – it's a little paradise that feels right at home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and makes you forget everyday life immediately. It is a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take care of the property with great care, but also meet their guests with real warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they got a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side all the time – with a self-evident that touched us deeply. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best review you can give.

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

Cinzia was wonderful. She went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we might need. House is a modern intrigue with its upper loft bridge with a glass floor. There is a very private lovely open air large upper courtyard. The town is very provincial and friendly. A lovely beach is about a 10 minute or less walk.

Our host was most helpful. His place is very centrally located for conveniences And had great views. The off season most conveniences are closed.

Marco was the perfect host from the time of booking till the end of our stay. Clear communication and very responsive. The apartment is well located for those wanting east access to historic Cagliari. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. I highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable! We found the place as described and equipped with a decent foundation. There was coffee and tea and detergent/dishwashing tabs as well as shampoo and sunscreen. Great quiet location near the beach. We recommend this house :-)

My husband and I stayed for a week at Giovanni's house, a cozy home with everything you may need. The plus was getting to know the Host, a kind person who also helped us with great tips for a place to visit and restaurants to eat in. Thanks to the great location we visited the entire south of Sardinia, from Sant antioco to villasimius. The apartment is in a very nice villa complex, we stayed at Easter and we were able to fully appreciate the peace of this place, a 4-minute walk you can find a supermarket, shops, bars, tobacco, pizzeria. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there's also a lovely bar for a nice beer by the sea. The apartment is equipped with air conditioners, a very nice terrace, two smart TVs, washing machine and everything you may need. We felt at home, thank you for enriching our trip. Pier’s apartment was perfect for my week in Sardegna! It is a very well equipped and comfortable full one bedroom apartment with total privacy. You can park right outside which was super helpful. Also I loved the big windows in the living room where you can see and hear the birds against a backdrop of total peace and quiet. There is everything you could need in the bathroom, along with a nice hot shower! Also I appreciate the zero waste recycling ♻️ set up! Grazie Pier!

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

Well what to say. What a wonderful host, Michela was just perfect and so helpful. Her home we rented was just perfect. What a beautiful home and we would love to return there one day.

We felt very comfortable in Maria Cristina's house. It is very well-equipped, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and there is even a second kitchen with barbecue, second refrigerator and dishwasher outside. The garden is beautiful and invites you to stop by. The house has three beautiful bedrooms and is very quiet. There is a large rooftop terrace with views over the surrounding area. Communication was excellent and we were allowed to stay in the house on the day of departure, as our flight didn't go until the evening. Overall, the stay was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come again.

We are happy to be back at Luca's, the house is even more beautiful than 2 months ago, the garden is always enchanting, the sea fantastic. Luca is always super kind and helpful, he gave us some beautiful gifts upon our arrival, the house was super clean and tidy thanks. Thanks again Luca.
