Bright and quiet 60-square-meter apartment with exclusive terrace on the rooftops of the historic center, dating back to the 1700s and completely renovated in a conservative manner. It is located in the most prestigious area of Bologna: a few steps from the Giardini Margherita and the renowned Via Castiglione, from which you can reach the Two Towers in about 10 minutes on foot. The entrance is semi-independent in a typical Bolognese building, the entrance is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second and last floor.

The accommodation with independent access from the garden, used by guests for outdoor breakfasts, consists of 2 rooms: the living area for preparing breakfast (no cooker) equipped with: fridge, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, milk warmer, table and sofa; the large double bedroom (16 sqm) with exclusive bathroom. L'appartamento si trova al piano primo di un prestigioso condominio di Modena, a due passi dal centro storico, 5 minuti a piedi al teatro Storchi. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)
