Nice and very reactive hosts

A beautiful house, even bigger than what's shown in the photos, and with more facilities. In a rural area, with a beautiful setting. And a five minute drive to the train.

It was a nice stay for my purpose. TLDR; I needed a bed to sleep on my bike trip from Milan to Bellagio. I chose Paolo's place based on its lowest price among everything that was available on Airbnb in that area at the time. At first I was astonished at the price because of the title of the listing "Entire home in La Valletta Brianza, Italy" but it proved to be a clickbait one. The place is actually a small room with a bathroom converted into a single-bed apartment in the house shown on the main photo of the listing. There are sealed doors connecting it with the rest of the house and you can hear some noise through them. One can guess from the photos that the room is quite small, although it looks somewhat bigger on the photos. Overall it was good for me, but the description of the place on Airbnb, IMHO, is prone to setting higher expectations for someone looking for more than just a bed and a bathroom.

My place was from April 12th to 20th. Ideal for going two days to Florenzia and another two to Venezia, because with the metro we were able to travel from very early and get to the Central Station from where we left on the ITALO train. Keep in mind that there is a short road to get to the metro, passing a tunnel that was open from 6am to 12am. The area is safe, although you see foreigners from Marrueco; it is a working people neighborhood and the environment is safe, considering there were days we left at 6 a.m and we returned around 11:30 pm and it was me with two teenage girls. Having the Lidel next door was great to make a buy on the first day of water and something for breakfast. Andrea always attentive, he would write to know that we arrived, another day if we needed something etc. Always in contact and responded at the moment.

Antonietta was a super host. The place was very clean and as described. Antonietta offered us her help finding a pizzeria as we arrived at the time of the meal. We were able to leave at the desired time in the morning thanks to their availability. We recommend it!

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

We had a wonderful stay at Gintare and Sergio's house. Everything was perfect and the house was beautiful and unique, with attention to detail. We felt right at home, welcomed by longtime friends. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a strategic location to visit the natural wonders nearby, but at the same time the tranquility of the place. Thank you

Marisa and Antonello are charming and caring hosts. Communication with them was very easy and above all they were very responsive when we had an issue with our rental car. Thank you again, thank you very much. The apartment deserves its 5 stars without any problem. Very clean and nothing is missing. Quiet residence and smooth street parking. The location is in a great location to visit Milan and the lake area. We'll come back if we have a chance.

We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. The apartment is very large with plenty of storage. It is ideally located, close to Milan (30 minutes by train) and Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. David and his co-hosts were very responsive and answered our questions. We also had many recommendations for outings and restaurants around. We highly recommend this listing!
