Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Pescara

Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Ottima sistemazione per alloggiare a Pretoro. Molto tranquillo e con tutte le comodità. Lorenza ci ha ben consigliato e ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste.

L’alloggio alla Masseria è stato splendido, tutto è stato impeccabile: gli arredi , la pulizia, il panorama, la quiete. Immersi nel verde e lontano dal caos cittadino, lo consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di staccare la spina per qualche giorno. Alessandra gentile e disponibile per l’intero soggiorno. Grazie di cuore speriamo di tornare!

Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

É stata una esperienza meravigliosa, vivere in una casa bella e autentica! Io e mia famiglia ci siamo trovare molto bene, in casa c’era tutto e di più che ci serviva! Una atmosfera accogliente e la pulizia in altezza! Grazie mille, ci torneremo di sicuro!

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher haben richtig gut und frisch gerochen, sowie die Bettwäsche. Francesca ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar und war auch sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es etwas gab. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen aber da es sehr steil bergauf geht, haben wir das bei der Hitze nicht gemacht. Man kann von da oben auf jeden Fall auf das Meer schauen, wenn man an der Straße steht, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns in allem wohl gefühlt. In diesem Sinne noch mal viele Liebe Grüße Francesca

appartamento perfetto, pulitissimo e facile da raggiungere. host disponibile. la cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare a casa qualsiasi cosa, senza dover mangiare fuori nei locali. bagni puliti e grandi. casa ottima pure in inverno: siamo stati caldi e c'erano diverse coperte a disposizione sia per i letti sia per guardare la TV sul divano. lo consigliamo a tutti!

It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

Our hostess Delia was amazing. Her place was fully equipped with everything that was needed to have a great stay. Very spacious and clean and she was very responsive and accommodating and great attention to detail. Public parking at the train station was close by and affordable. I would definitely stay at Essenza again.

Laura è sempre stata reattiva e presente per ogni eventuale richiesta, la casa perfetta esattamente come in foto, in cucina anche caffè, zucchero, sale, olio e un paio di bottiglie d'acqua, la casa pulita e grande abbastanza per 3/4 persone, il terrazzo spettacolare ci ha permesso di pranzare/cenare all'aperto. Utilissima la lavanderia per un bucato veloce. La vicinanza con la via pedonale e la spiaggia è un altro punto a favore. Negozi, ristoranti, pizzerie, supermercati e anche la stazione tutto vicinissimo. Da tornare!

A great deal in a very good location! Really clean, too. Not easy to park if you have a car, beware, but otherwise a super clean, centrally located, small but cozy accommodation. Grazie, Livia.

This unit is in the historic area of Penne. Francesco told us ahead of time which street to find parking. He had his wife communicate with us because she is fluent in English. She proactively sent us information about the Good Friday procession and checked periodically to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Very communicative! The unit is small, but it worked perfectly for us. We really like Penne and the area. Hope to be back soon!

abbiamo soggiornato a casa di Simonetta la settimana di Ferragosto. L'alloggio è spazioso, arredato con gusto e assai ben fornito di tutto. Il giardino è incantevole ed è molto piacevole cenarvi. A piedi si raggiungono comodamente la spiaggia, vari ristoranti e il supermercato A Simonetta un ringraziamento speciale per l'accoglienza premurosa e attenta, come una persona di famiglia!

Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

Nove amici che non si vedevano da anni che hanno potuto godere del poco tempo insieme in uno spazio bellissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è pulita e ordinata (al punto da avere armadi con ripiani etichettati con vari accessori), ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Francesca, la host, gentile e disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato tantissimo e Francesca si è premurata di sapere come stavamo e ha fatto di tutto per permetterci di essere sereni e goderci il posto magico dove eravamo. Un'esperienza bellissima.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche zu viert mit Hund in der Villa Margherita verbracht und uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Der große Garten bietet viele gemütliche Sitzecken, der riesige Pool war einfach perfekt. Unser Hund liebte es, durch den Olivenhain zu laufen, toll war, das das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt war. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und gibt viele Tipps für Ausflüge, angenehm war auch die flexible Check out-Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.
