Upstairs there are two mini apartments consisting of a kitchen, a living room with a TV, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with a desk. On the ground floor, there is the breakfast room, a single room with a bathroom, and a double room with a private bathroom for the disabled. Outside there is a large garden.

Room Le Cementine is located on the ground floor and has a spacious bedroom, a study containing a bunk bed and a private bathroom. Ideal for a family with children. The room overlook the southeast and have stunning views over the garden and hills. In the bedroom and study are terracotta floors and in the bathroom are pretty, traditional motif tiles. They all have original brick walls and antique doors and furnishings.

Karta Tree is part of the House we live in and that we decided to share with those who come to discover the magical hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The Radici room is the only room you will find on the ground floor, adapted for people with limited mobility. In its essence, the furnishings are reminiscent of the beauty and strength of the roots, which allow the tree to embrace the earth and lift into the sky with grace.
