Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking spot inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the thin walls, but apart from some strange noise at night, they didn't bother us. There is no wi-fi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

we had a great holiday in the beautiful town of bobbio in a beautiful, authentic Italian, spacious home with all the comforts, walking distance to downtown and the river flavia was an amazing host, helpful where needed, kind, in short, recommended. Johnny & mirjam

excellent hospitality, spacious and very clean apartment. Beautiful view of the Trebbia Valley. Place away from the city lights and therefore also great for those who want to admire the crystal clear stars of this beautiful area of Italy.

The house is perfect and the environment of Cascina is peaceful and beautiful. We loved discovering this place, Loredana and her family who are attentive and welcoming hosts. Nearby, a great pizzeria (AsterX).

Exhibitors in belgioioso , the apartment is close , comfortable and cozy . Elisabetta is an adorable and witty girl, and everything was perfect.

We had a great week with friends at Luisa and Guido's. We were afraid of being hot, but with the fans and pool, it was perfect. We even had access to the kitchen and outdoor shower room. Luisa also prepared focaccia for us for August 15, it was delicious. We recommend it!!

We were so lucky to stay at Isabella’s beautiful space this past weekend as a group of friends celebrating a birthday. The home and surroundings was even more beautiful than the photos, and was the perfect space for a large group of friends or a few families. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and their decoration was so charming. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to spend sunny summer afternoons, along with the many terraces. Isabella herself was so warm and welcoming - from the moment we arrived we felt at home and she was able to answer any questions we had for help. We ate one evening where Isabella’s husband cooked for us and the food was so delicious and the “restaurant” terrace to sit was so beautiful. We were also very lucky to get to meet the many lovely animals including Brando and the two barn kittens - a highlight for the group. It would be our dream to return one day - thank you so much Isabella!

We loved our stay at Victor’s home. It was spotlessly clean and the view was just incredible. It is brilliant for kids, they had the time of their lives!

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! Thanks to the Hosts for their helpfulness and friendliness. The apartment is beautifully located in the historic center of the village and is part of an 18th-century building completely renovated in a modern style, the building has 3 other apartments + the main house, communicating only from the entrance and the staircase Highly recommended!

A great stay in a modern and nicely decorated apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. Private and enclosed parking is a great asset. Kadri is very friendly and welcoming, the communication with him was excellent! We'll be happy to go back.

An unforgettable vacation! Alma was exceptional with us: available, always reachable and very kind, also for all the advice she gave us for the excursions to do. We lived in an uncontaminated environment and always in contact with nature. Clean, equipped and very practical apartment so much so that even our three dogs had a great time!
