The apartment is very comfortable and taken care of in every detail. It is located in a central but very quiet position, a few steps from the historic center and all the services offered by the country. The apartment is 5 min. from the motorway exit and 5 min. from the nursing home Nobili. We are located halfway between Florence and Bologna, in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a few kilometers from the beautiful Regional Park of the lakes of Suviana and Brasimone and on the well-known route "The path of wool and silk".

Chianti Apartment in 12th Century Tuscan farmhouse

Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs.
