This apartment was perfect for our trip. We were able to day trip to Parma and Florence from here. Location was great to the train and also a walk to the Parma main historic areas.

Federico was absolutely friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartment matches the description, of great taste and elegance, attention to detail, beautiful decor, design but also functional. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. If I come back here, it will be my first choice. Top!!!

Large living room. with smart TV. Two bedrooms complete with large closets and TVs. Easy entry system with smartphone. Quiet area on the cul-de-sac. Easy parking. Close to two shopping centers including a coop within walking distance.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, the living room is cozy, the bedroom is comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is also well cared for. The cleanliness is impeccable. We didn't use the courtyard, but it would definitely have been an extra enjoyable experience. Mrs. Emanuela is a very sweet person, always helpful and kind. The location is strategic to visit Parma and the surrounding villages, fascinating for their history and beauty. The stay was relaxing and the choice was really good. We chose this solution because it was quite close to Cerwood Park, the goal of the mini-vacation, but staying in Carpineti offered much more. It's like taking a trip back in time. Leaving the house and seeing the places you're going to visit is priceless. Dominique was very kind and gave us a lot of useful information. This is my second time staying with Ivano, so I don't have much to add except that I will definitely come back again a third time, if you are looking for a few days of relaxation this is the perfect place.

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay (with our family) at Martina's place. The apartment was clean and looked very cared for. The location was also very convenient, the city center is 15-18 min walking distance and the private parking was a big bonus, especially if you drive with a roof box and bike rack.

The apartament fits the need of a short trip, if you live in Italy, as they do not offer bed and bath sheets. overal, It's a good solution for a couple, with a small kitchen and inside bathroom. The place is well located and there is also a swimminpool for the summer. Very practical to travel around the Sestola area, also close to Acquaria, where the best restaurants are located.
