La casa sulla riva è uno spazioso e comodo appartamento sito sul mare in un elegante edificio degli anni'20 del secolo scorso. Due soli gradini lo separano dalla famosa spiaggia. E' stato appena completamente ristrutturato con moderne tecniche edilizie che lo rendono fresco e silenzioso. E' completamente climatizzato e dotato di ogni confort . La posizione appena rialzata permette di avere una ottima vista sul mare anche quando le cabine degli stabilimenti balneari di fronte vengono montate.

Vi accogliamo in un ampio e tranquillo trilocale di nuova costruzione situato in posizione centrale a pochi metri dalle porte del borgo medievale. L'appartamento è composto da ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. Dotato di TV, Wi-Fi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice ed altri confort. Potrete rilassarvi nell'ampia terrazza e godere della vista sui castelli. Posto al primo piano con accesso indipendente tramite una scala esterna. Parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà.

Situato nel centro di Albisola, ha splendide viste panoramiche, negozi e ristoranti. Ti piacerà il nostro alloggio per questi motivi: l'atmosfera, la luce e la comodità dei letti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie anche con bambini. E' molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato per 1 auto riservato agli ospiti, salvo disponibilità.
