Podere Piazza house with panoramic view

Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway.

Entire upper floor of the newly renovated Manor House in traditional Tuscan style. High ceilings with exposed beams make the place cozy and perfect for families or groups of friends. In the house, there are two large functional fireplaces (in the living room and kitchen). Private, non-shared accommodation. Pink like the sunset sky

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consisting of 2 bedrooms (possibility of making double or single beds depending on the needs of the customer), a bathroom, large living room and kitchen equipped for cooking. TV, (for those who request it, a washing machine is available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in our laundry room). To come to us, a car is recommended, to be independent, and to visit the Tuscan countryside. Convenient location for visiting Tuscany I look forward to showing you the real Tuscany!
