The apartment is a large loft with a high ceiling of wooden beams. In ancient times it was a granary. In a quiet location, in the historic center of Montepulciano. The entrance on the alley is on the mezzanine floor (only 4 steps to access it), while the windows on Via del Poggiolo are on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher. The loft is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV. A parking space in a private parking lot, 120 meters from the loft, is included.

The penthouse is independent, the entrance is shared with the first floor where we live, my husband and I, with 3 crazy cats. From the windows, magnificent views of the countryside and the rooftops!
