Cristina was an amazing host. Friendly, extremely helpful with everything, and I really appreciated that she went out of her way to drop me and pick me up from the local grocery store when I arrived. Cristina also made sure I had all the information I needed for the local bus services and even showed me exactly where to wait. I can’t thank Cristina enough for a very comfortable, peaceful and enjoyable stay in Siena.

We spent a great week in this beautiful studio with a lot of peace and quiet in the breathtaking view over Tuscany. The communication with Janneke and Hein was more than outstanding - they answered immediately and gave some good recommendations for shopping (about 8 km to the city Penny, Gala and Conad), excursions and restaurants. Both also live on the estate (above) but keep to the background and privacy is secured !!! What would be important is the approach via a 1 km long gravel road up the mountain. There really is a lot of pure nature, i.e. animals of all kinds to admire but also many mosquitoes (spray highly recommended). Living area secured with mosquito nets everywhere! If you are looking for something with a lot of love for detail, with wonderful views/tranquility, this is the place to be! All pictures correspond to reality! We can totally recommend it !!! We had a lovely time at Ulla and Ralph's tiny home. If you are looking for a place to recharge away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this is definitely the place for you! We felt right at home and the hosts were very responsive. Even though they were not in Italy, they sent their friend Raphael, when we needed help. Raphael was super friendly and helpful. They also made sure to keep the pool up and running for us, even though it was already late October. This we appreciated a lot! In case you are visiting the cottage in late October, like us, be prepared that it could also rain (admittedly, in 2024 there was a lot more rain than usually at this time of year). Towards the end of our stay, we needed to use the dehumidifier to make sure it wouldn't get too moist in the cottage. However, since the cottage is equipped with whatever you need (multiple heaters, dehumidifier etc.) this wasn't too much of an issue. All in all, we'll be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place!

it was incredible. the views are exactly what we wanted. peace and quiet as we were looking for. Leila is incredibly kind and pleasant, always ready to help. I definitely recommend this place to those who want to relax from people and have privacy. Civitella next to the villa is very atmospheric.

We loved our stay at Paola’s! The view is absolutely amazing and we loved watching sunset every night. Paola was so easy to communicate with, shared lots of local recs and made us feel so welcome in her beautiful home. The location is peaceful and quiet and just a few minutes walk from amazing restaurants and shopping. We were working remotely and the wifi worked great. We absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Sonia and Giovanni are the best hosts we’ve experienced. They were super friendly and accommodating of us even after arriving much later than planned due to flight delays. The property was magical and GORGEOUS. Could not recommend enough.

The place is gorgeous, quiet and functional. We are traveling through Tuscany and working and the space served us perfectly. We used the internet and it was great. The place has a perfect location, 10 minutes from Pienza, in the heart of the D'Orsia Valley. Marvelous sunset. Great place to connect with nature and get to know the lovely towns of Tuscany.

Massimo and his family were super nice hosts. The house is separate from the main house so has total privacy and a beautiful view over the hills. It had all the amenities you can ask for and heating was very powerful. Have no negative comment whatsoever. Fully recommended!
