it was wonderful, beautiful view, super surprise - cold sweetened shampoo, very helpful owners, quick answers and many tips. on site you can power an electric car so that's an additional advantage. beautiful and very clean apartment. you will find everything there for a perfect rest.

Simone and Maria Rosa were great hosts, very helpful and friendly! The house is 10 metres from the lake and the area is very quiet, also there is a nice restaurant right there.

Nice, big, and well-located place in the small town of Gravedona on Lake Como. Albino was friendly and helpful and kindly gave us some local wine too! A great place to stay.

Very nice apartment, very well located. Gravedona is very pretty and very quiet, despite high season. Parking was no problem. The apartment is quiet despite its central location. The apartment is well equipped for cooking, but salt and oil were not available. A coffee maker is not a filter. There is also no sponge and no dish soap. But it does. We also missed the toaster and hair dryer. Not bad in itself, but were stated in the description. Apartment in general but highly recommended.

Very beautiful apartment in equally beautiful location with a view on the Como lake. All photos exactly correspond to the reality. The apartment is quiet at night and the city doesn’t attract too many tourists, which was pleasant after visiting the city of Como. Apartment is easily found, however may be harder to access for families with kids in trolleys, elderly or people with disabilities. Otherwise absolute recommendation! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great time at Rosaria and Alessandro's place. The accommodation is exactly as in the photos accompanied by impeccable cleanliness. Warm welcome and very clear explanations at the appointment. Ideal location to enjoy the calm of the Lake and visit the area. We stumbled across Dervio and we can only advise him for an Italian calm away from the tourist hubbub!

Fantastic place, right on the waterfront. In the center of Gravedona. We received a nice and warm welcome. Nice garden and lovely pool. The terrace is lovely and very large, you have shade for much of the day. Fantastic view over the como lake, this place is phenomenal. Also next to the house access to the beach. Everything super clean and fresh, which is really important to me. Plenty of towels and cleaning supplies and washing machine are provided. Characteristic house with high ceilings and nice atmosphere. The second bedroom has a single bed downstairs and smart built loft with double bed upstairs via wooden stairs. So fine for our family of 5. There were fans and they were also needed for warm nights. Our dog was also welcome, even cookies and a cooling mat. Make sure you can't park the car right away at the house, so you have to find a place. No problem for us. There are other apartments in the building but the atmosphere is quiet. On weekends some music in the village.

Many thanks for this beautiful place! Federica thought absolutely about everything, you can feel there like in real italian home. Its so close to the lake, shops and restaurants. If you want to feel italian vibe go to this place, its absolutely ammazing. Its really comfy for 4 people but 6 people also can have still enough space. And many thanks to Angela who knocked the door with a bottle of wine wishing us Buon Ferragosto😍

We very much enjoyed staying in this Airbnb. The house was clean and cosy, and views were beautiful. Peter, the host, was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. I’ve never showered with a more beautiful view. We can definitely recommend villa Cheis to anyone.

What a fantastic holiday we had here! Giovanni is a great host, he gave good tips on what to do in the area and also what the good restaurants are. The best restaurant is without a doubt Giovanni's Spritz-house. In addition to a delicious welcome drink, Giovanni also regularly hosts a dinner for the guests here. And he really delights you. Delicious food, coziness and a nice ice cold limoncello at the end. The apartment has all the comforts and cozy, homely furnishings so you feel right at home here. And the view…. Magical! We highly recommend this accommodation!

Very convenient place, close to the train station and the ferry station. One of the bathroom was quite small, but the other bathroom was good. Definitely would recommend for the location! Easy check in process.

The place was very nice, clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a few relaxing days. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was friendly and responsive.

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment! The two of us felt very comfortable there for a week and found everything as described in the ad. The kitchen is even equipped with even more as stated - everything you could need - and we were happy about the wine provided in the fridge. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the public stand on the lake (about 2 min walk) and used the comfortable lounger and two street chairs from the apartment there. From the balcony you can see straight on the neighboring house, but on the side the view of the lake opens up. The suburb is small and quiet, just right for you to relax. Communication with the landlady and the local people for check-in/out was very friendly, fast and hassle-free. - Highly recommended!

What can we say... our expectations have been exceeded. Very clean house, idyllic location and then the surprise "Mount Legnone; Beautiful and Majestic". It was a love at first sight. We had a really great time. Go with your eyes closed. For those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism; it's the perfect location. Daniele & family are very friendly. My family and I stayed at Lorenzo's apartment for a good two weeks and we were delighted. The location is wonderful, right on the water, garden use easily possible, a lot can be explored on foot and many beautiful towns are easily accessible by car/ ferry. Communication was impeccable and the apartment very clean. Clear 5 stars 😊

Great location. Multiple hardware items Needed Maintenance. After check out they tried to extort money from us for a broken window handle which was already broken. I thank Airbnb for mediating and rejecting their false claim. Communication was too slow with the host. Slow response and sometimes no response at all. Checking in can be a nightmare for the faint hearted. Even though we took as a sport. Sadly, instead of wishing you a farewell the host likes to pick on petty issues.

Great place, nothing fancy but man is it worth the price! Right on the lake. Private garden that is shared by not many neighbors. Lawn chairs and tables. Very close to the beach!
