Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Teramo

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Everything is perfect! Riccardo is really kind and available for anything! The house is very nice, the garden is wonderful! Convenient location to get anywhere: for hiking in the mountains or to go to the sea. Recommended, we will definitely be back!

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

Very special old house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center. I also loved the furnishings, with attention to detail. I recommend this property for a 2-3 day stay in spring/summer, when you can also enjoy the terrace.

We were very warmly welcomed by the host and immediately felt comfortable in the small village of Villa Rossi. The apartment is new and lovingly furnished and very spacious. The neighbors in the immediate vicinity are also very friendly and helpful, for example if you have locked yourself out. The location is ideal for hiking on the Campo Imperatore and the large mountains in the surrounding area. A beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Beautiful apartment,clean and well equipped with everything. Breathtaking views of the valley and silence are priceless ! It's a freshly renovated country house with a kitchen on the dining room with a working fireplace and a TV. There are 4 bedrooms : 2 double bedrooms+ one for study and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with pots, plates , pans glasses, etc., new and good quality. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Eloisa's house is a real gem in the Abruzzo hills, a stone's throw from the center of Tortoreto, with a fantastic view of the sea. The house is very spacious for two people, clean, and the terrace overlooking the sea is a real gem. We really enjoyed the double view of the sea and the mountains. Great communication with the host. Thank you for everything Eloisa!!!

Renovated and very clean apartment, in an old panoramic villa with a large garden around, very well-kept. The apartment also has a nice terrace and convenient parking for the car, in a courtyard with an automatic gate. The place is very quiet and peaceful, just outside a small village, great for relaxing and feeling on vacation. The owner was very welcoming and kind, and also gave us useful directions to the surroundings. We had a great time.

Beautiful view of the Adriatic, comfortable and very clean house, ideal for relaxing away from the clamor of the coast.

Everything was as described,cleanliness at 1, the sea within walking distance and suitable for smaller children, the owners always on hand, we praise very much, we travel around Italy and the nicest accommodation so far, we definitely recommend ,for us there could have been more dishes, we were a big family,but we still managed to cook 👍

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Me and my friends had a great time at Carlo's villa, it felt really comfortable and Carlo himself was amazing (even giving us a lift when we missed a bus.) The garden and the pool were really nice and being able to get fresh eggs from the chickens was a nice surprise. We got to the villa quite late at night and pretty hungry so we were relieved to see some ingredients, some bottles of water and a bottle of wine there waiting for us to help us settle in. We had a lot of really good interactions with Carlo and even invited him over for a drink one day to say thanks for being such a good host. The next time we go back to visit our family down there we'll definitely look to book Casa Paterna again.

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Such a lovely place to stay. The gardens are expansive and there's plenty of places to sit either beside the pool, in dappled shade to read a book, or in the extra large outdoor dining space. Huge thanks to Laura and Stefano for making out stay so wonderful.
